The Tank at the Golden Nugget

Guests can cool off with a swim, relax on the sundeck or recline on a submerged lounge in the pool’s lagoon to watch the ‘action’ in the 200,000-gallon Tank filled with sharks and other aquatic life. Cocktails at the Dive Bar and private cabanas on the second and third tier of The Tank’s tower are offered, or one can sightsee from one of the tower balconies.

Those seeking a unique aquatic experience can launch themselves down an enclosed three-story ‘blind’ slide into The Tank, where the slide becomes a clear plexiglass tube inside which the thrill-seeker is propelled through the center of the aquarium--amidst sharks and fish up close and on all sides—before being deposited safely into the pool.
